Dear Grade Four Families,

It was wonderful to see you during the Student-Led Conference.  I hope you enjoyed looking at all the wonderful things your child has been doing in Grade Four.  They've all worked so hard in class, and I hope you can see how much your child has accomplished so far.

Track practice is in full swing this week.  Please refer to the track schedule that was sent home last week (or attachment on the PE/Music blog)

Here are the reminders for the week:

Monday:

  • Sprints and relays practice at Minoru from 7:30am - 8:15am (Don't forget to wear your gym strip and pack your school clothes and school shoes)!
  • Shotput 12:00 - 12:30
  • High Jump 3:15 - 3:45
  • Long Distance at Minoru 3:15 - 4:00
    • If your child is interested in doing both high jump and long distance, they should attend the high jump practice instead.
  • Hot lunch serving for those who ordered
  • Return library books
  • PE
  • Hand in Reading Log (new purple booklet)
  • Brayden's Student in the Spotlight page is due
  • Winn-Dixie Chapter 9&10 (double entry journal and comprehension questions) due
  • Return signed Religion quiz
  • Religion worksheet (iPad) due
  • Math page 192 #1-5 due

Tuesday:

  • No practice for Grade 4 today
  • PE
  • C-Skills pages 93-97 due 

Wednesday:

  •

  •  Long Jump 12:00 - 12:30
  • PE
  • Dismissal at 2pm

Thursday:

  • High jump 12:00 - 12:30
  • Dress Down Day - wear your favourite team jersey (professional sport, your own team sport, or your gym strip)

Friday:

  • St. Paul and St. Joseph the Worker Meet at Minoru 8:45am - 1:30pm
  • Please read Mr. Kelly's detailed instructions regarding this day on the PE/Music blog

Upcoming events:
