WEEK OF May 1 - 5

Hi Kindergarten Families,

We can't believe how quickly the year is flying by! There are only two more months left in Kindergarten! The children are working very hard in school and are doing such a wonderful job on their spelling challenges! They come to school excited to learn the new words, enjoy praciting them in class with their friends, and work very hard at home reviewing! Thank you to all parents for working with your children on these high frequency words! In Religion, the children are reviewing the Glory Be, Our Father, and Hail Mary Prayers.  In Socials, the children are learning about family needs vs. family wants. In Science, the children are learning about the plant life cycle as well as needs of living things! The children look forward to the busy month of May, where we will be hosting the Crowning of Mary Assembly with our Grade 6 buddies, as well as celebrating our marvelous Mother's on Mother's Day! Mother's please check your child's homework folder for an invitation to our Mother's Day Tea on Monday, May 15th!
