WEEK OF OCTOBER 16 - 20

Hi Grade Two Families!

Thank you to all the families that have signed up for Class Dojo! Just a few more families need to sign up, and then I can begin sharing! This will be the way I will communicate photos and videos of what happens at school. The invitations and instructions on how to sign up were sent home last week. If you did not receive it, please let me know so I can invite you again. Class Dojo does feature a point system for students, however we will not be using it. This is because we already have a positive reinforcement point system in class. If you have any questions regarding Class Dojo, please let me know.

The students are working on a mini-project to design a parachute for a little toy. They are having fun exploring different ideas and coming up with a design that will make the slowest parachute possible. This week we will have a chance to put those designs to work and start building. I'll be posting photos and updates on Class Dojo. Stay tuned!

Please bring any toilet paper or paper towel rolls to school for our next project.
