 Hi Kinder Families! It was wonderful to have all of you come by the school for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Home & School communication is integral for the continued success of your child, and we are so blessed to work with such a wonderful group of students and parents. We thoroughly enjoyed discussing all of you children's strengths and areas for future improvement. Looking forward to celebrating Halloween this week with the children!

  1. 10 to 15 minutes of home reading (please use "my reading" book, "read well" book, and books from home)

Friendly reminders:

  1. Homework folders- Please continue to check these daily and send them back to school everyday with your child. Each morning the children hand these in.
  2. "My readingbook- Please continue 10 to 15 minutes of daily reading with your child and place this book inside your child's homework folder everyday.
  3. "Read Wellbook- this book contains all of your children's work in our Language Arts Program "Read Well." Please review the letter of the week and use the "Parent Prompt" questions with your child.
  4. Library Books- due every Monday. 
  5. Halloween Dress Down Day- An email was sent out from the Office about the Halloween Dress Down Guidelines. Please have a read through and let us know of questions, comments or concerns about the dress down day on Tuesday, October 31st. And reminder to please bring a $2.00 donation for Development and Peace.
  6. Halloween Treats- Please make sure that any treats your child brings is individually wrapped and labelled who it is "from" and not "to" (Ex. From: Miss G & Miss C) as well, it does not contain any nuts

  1. Tuesday, November 9th- Kindergarten Hearing & Vision Tests
  2. Monday, November 13th- Remembrance Day: No School
  3. Tuesday, November 14th- Pro-Day Day: No School 
  4. Wednesday, November 22nd: School Mass led by Grade 5
  5. Friday, November 24th- Dress Down Day
