Hi Kinder families,
We had a great week of learning! We learned about story structure (beginning, middle and end); go to your child’s ClassDojo to see their story. We also did some number bonds in Math and continued to see our plants grow. We wish all our Kinder dads, grandpas, uncles and father-figures a wonderful Father’s Day weekend! We can’t wait for you to join us on Monday for Father’s Day in Kinder!

- Fun Day: children come dressed down in their assigned colour and partake in fun stations for the day! All families are welcome to join the day!

- Genius Hour: Please complete Step 2: Learn in your child’s Genius Hour Journals. Please return journals on Monday, June 17th.
- Primary Picnic: Reminder that permission forms for the primary picnic are due on Tuesday, June 18th.
Friendly Reminders:
Father’s Day– Reminder we are having our Father’s Day in Kinder on Monday, June 17th @ 1:45 – 3:00 pm. Dad’s– we hope you’re able to come and you’re welcome to send in a father-figure (uncle, grandfather, etc.) if you’re unable to attend. Please just let us know. Moms– please make, or buy, a simple dish to share (ex. sandwiches, mini quiche, sushi, etc.) and send it on the day! Please check your email for some more details!
Summer Camp– There are still places available for the Reading and Writing Rock Stars summer camp! The camp will be in school from July 8th – 12th and will be led by Ms. Guevara If you are interested please send an email to stpaulsummer2024@gmail.com
Scholastic Reading Club– The May/June Catalogue can be viewed online here. Reminder it is optional to order, but if you do please enter Kindergarten’s class code RC318627 at checkout so that we can receive rewards for our classroom! Thank you in advance for your support.
