Hello Grade 3 Families!
I hope that you are having a wonderful time celebrating Father’s Day! The students enjoyed preparing their “Super Hero Dad” Father’s Day report to see just how well they know their dad! Dads, you also now have special green service tickets to be enjoyed at your convenience, and a Father’s Day card the students made in French class with Mme Caprilli!
On the weekend I joined my family in the Yukon to make birch bark baskets. I will be sharing our traditional family experience with the Grade 3 students when we celebrate Aboriginal Day this coming Thursday. The reason for our celebrating on Thursday, is because it will be “Fun Day” on Friday! ️
Here are the reminders for the week:
Monday ~ June 17th
- Today is the last day to hand in the consent form for the End of the Year Picnic
- All library books are due today
- Step-Up Day
- The Grade 3’s will get to walk up the stairs into intermediate, to visit the Grade 4 classroom and meet their teacher for next year!

Tuesday ~ June 18th
- Mass at 9:15 am ~ Gr. 6&7 Passing of the Light ~ you are welcome to join us

- Dismissal is at 2 pm

- Appreciation Breakfast @ 8:15-8:45
- Parents, you are invited to attend the annual appreciation breakfast so that we, the school staff, can thank you for all you do!

- Students come to school wearing their team colours
- Pick up time is at 12:30
