Dear parents,
We enjoyed ending our last day of school before March Break watching the movie, “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.”
The class also created book reviews of the novel and had an interesting discussion sharing what they liked and didn’t like about the book. Overall scores of the book ranged from 2/10 to 10/10! Feel free to ask your child/children what they thought of it!
We have learned about creating common denominators in fractions and practiced with visual models of fractions using fraction bars and fraction circles through an online site (it can be found on a math post from this week on Google Classroom).
A reminder that the Monday after March break will be mask-optional with new public health developments. Students will be able to choose whether or not to wear a mask inside the school. Mrs. Moorehead will be providing more information about this via email.
Have a wonderful March break!
Mr. Graham
