We will now be using RAZ-Kids as part of our home reading program. Please check your child’s agenda pocket for their log-in and password. You do not need to sign or return this form. Simply access RAZ-Kids via the website on a laptop or through the app on an iPad, tablet or a mobile device.
Students were assigned a reading level based on their fluency and comprehension assessments. They will automatically level up once they listen and read all the books as well as pass the comprehension quizzes.
Your child is expected to read for at least 20 minutes a day with an adult nearby. It can be a combination of reading on their own and reading aloud. There is also an option for your child to record themselves. At least once a week, your child is asked to record themselves reading a book for Ms. Wu to listen to.
