Dear parents,
This week, we began looking at ratios in math and also began evaluating and creating persuasive arguments. The students are now learning how to write strong persuasive paragraphs about whether or not homework should be banned. We also spoke about the importance of the Triduum in our Catholic faith.
A reminder that there is no school Easter Monday and that student-led conferences will be next Friday.
Life-Touch School Photo day will be be this coming Tuesday.
REVISION:
The students have earned a class dress-down day and are welcome to come in appropriate casual clothes.
I incorrectly told students the dress-down day would be Tuesday, however this coming Tuesday is Class Photo day, so the dress-down day for just our Grade 6 class will be rescheduled to this coming Wednesday, April 20th, 2022. Sorry for the confusion. If they don’t come dressed in running shoes, they should bring an extra pair for PE.
