For my final Principal’s Message of the year, I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for another fantastic year at St. Paul School. As I shared at the Parent Appreciation Breakfast, we hit the ground running in early April once restrictions were lifted and things returned to “normal”. The last three months were a blur of activity, and there was barely enough time to stop and wonder, how did we ever do this before the pandemic…?? Well, we did it through the support of families like you. This thank you is not only for this year, but for the last two years of uncertainty and ever-changing circumstances. Thank you for how supportive you were, how accommodating you were, how encouraging you were, and how responsive you were to the endless communication that came home.
I know I can speak on behalf of the staff, and it certainly holds true for me personally, when I say that this community has been a source of strength, joy, and comfort over these past two years. I am proud to say that our school is like home for many, and the people within it, like family. Our faith is the common thread that brings us together, and God has certainly blessed us abundantly.
I wish you all a restful, safe summer filled with memory-making experiences, and God’s blessings.
See you in September!
Yours in faith,
Maureen Moorehead
Principal
